To participate in the Energizer Battery, Inc. $10 Gas Reward Card Offer ("Offer"), purchase two (2) specially marked packages of Energizer® Ultimate Lithium batteries AA-4 or AAA-4, or Energizer® Advanced Lithium batteries AA-4 or AAA-4, between 6/1/11 and 1/31/12. Each specially marked pack will contain one (1) unique code ("Code"). Two (2) Codes are required to redeem a $10 Prepaid Discover® Gas Reward Card ("Reward Card"). Reward Card is valid for any purchase at retailers accepting Discover debit cards.

Offer begins 6/1/11 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends 1/31/12 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Offer Period"). Not all participating specially marked pack sizes/products are available at all retailers. Codes are valid online only at www.facebook.com/energizer (the "Web site"). Internet access is required to participate in this Offer. To redeem Codes for your Reward Card, visit the Web site during the Offer Period and complete the required information, including name, address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address to register. Once registered, enter your Codes on the Web site. Each Code is unique and may only be entered once. Codes must be entered on the Web site by 11:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/12. Once you have entered a minimum of two (2) Codes, your request will be processed and your Reward Card will be delivered by mail to the address provided when you registered for the Offer. All Code submissions and Offer redemptions are subject to verification. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for receipt of the Reward Card.
