For those of you that might be having this problem I suggest, as they do, to print this Letter HERE and having a copy with you whenever you go shopping. Being prepared is very important, it helps you have the upper hand on the situation. Please remember to be polite to the cashiers or the manager that come to assist you. If they are stern about not accepting your coupons, I simply wouldn't worry about it. If you are certain that you are right in the argument, either contact their Corporate office or simply comeback a different day and try it again.
