CVS Run.. almost successful!

I made my trip out to CVS today. As usual I was in that store for over an hour! Its crazy how the store is small and yet I can walk around for hours.. kind of sad? maybe :)

My husband is so great, he waits for me and he hardly ever complains !

I finally found these Excedrin 8ct boxes!  I don't remember what date these were in the ad. I had a rain check that I was able to use.

Price : $0.99, Get $0.99 ECB

Final Price : $1.98 OOP, got $1.98 ECB

For this transaction I had a Save $5 on $25

 ( I keep getting these from the Coupon Machine, this time around it printed out another one!!)

Any who, What the Save $5 on $25 means that you transaction prior to coupons or ECB has to be over $25. Make sure that this coupon gets scanned first! My total before coupons was $27 and some change. After Coupons and $8 ECB that I had from previous transactions my total was $0.82 ! AND I got back $7.99 in ECB for my next transaction.

* I used the Pop Tarts  and Dove soap as a fillers to get me to $25. For the pop tarts I used a $2/3 boxes, since they were on sale for $1.79 It seemed like a good price to me. I didn't have a coupon for the Dove soap, but my husband uses this brand so I was going to have to buy it anyways..

I always have to get Rain Checks at CVS, by the time I go to the store everything is out of stock! But I don't stress out too much, Rain Checks are great, they never expire!
